Is Clevedon too small for a holiday let?
Not at all. Smaller towns often have fewer holiday lets competing for guests, and Clevedon's location between Bristol and the coast brings both leisure and working visitors.
Does it cost me anything to find out?

Do I need permission from my mortgage lender or freeholder?
